Q: This site is new, how long have you been trading for?

A: Although our Web presence is new, Australian Coins and Banknotes have been trading since 2000 with the director having several years experience in the numismatic industry. Giving us the ability to provide an in depth and experienced view into investing and collecting numismatic items.

Q: Do you offer a refund?

A: Yes, all items come with a full money back guarantee. All we ask is for items to be returned in as received condition within 14 days of receipt.

Q: Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?

A: Yes, if you are interested in bulk purchases please contact us, we are always happy to negotiate on price.

Q: What are your payment options?

A: We offer several payment options including direct deposit, credit card payment (excluding Diners Club and American Express), money order and personal/bank cheque.

Please note, the fastest way is credit card payment or direct deposit with your items being dispatched upon your payment being processed.

Q: How long does it take to receive my item?

A: Usually items are sent in 48 hours upon payment being received. Sometimes items are sent by our supplier (i.e The Royal Australian Mint) and may take a little longer for delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do, postage may be increased in line of the cost associated to sending your item.

Q: I am searching for a product that is not on your site, can you get it in for me?

A: Yes, we have access to a wide range of numismatic items and are more than happy to order in items upon request. Be sure to contact us if you have been searching for that rare item and we will do our best to track it down at the best possible price.

Q: Do you offer pick up?

A: Yes we offer pick up. Please contact to arrange collection.

Q: Do you provide insurance on shipping?

A: All items are sent registered post and are automatically covered for $100.Extra insurance is offered at a cost of $1.50 per $100 of insurance required.  Please contact us after purchase if extra insurance in required.
